The company was founded in 2017. The company claims to be a team of skilled music industry professionals capable of helping other artists' careers commercially, technically, and artistically. Dench Music is going to connect its customers with experienced artists and help in such spheres as the author rights security, and music publishing management.
The platform will provide the music fans with the opportunity to finance the artists they like and be able to get a share of the profits of these artists in the future. The created songs will bring some profit through streaming services and platforms where people can buy music. The earned money will be partly distributed among the investors proportionally to the donations they have made.
The official company social media pages were not updated since 2018 although there was no announcement that the company has finished its activity.
