Founded in 2011, Paymium describes itself as the first Bitcoin exchange in Europe. It is registered in France as a SAS company and operates as a Bitcoin trading platform.
With the help of Paymium, one can purchase crypto via bank cards and wires. There are daily and monthly limits set for deposits and withdrawals in EUR and BTC.
Paymium has launched negative fees (- 0.1%) for trading with BTC/EUR, which is the Maker fee. Taker fee is 0.5%.
The company also provides merchant solutions for payment processing.
I have located several forgotten Instawallet wallets. I reached out several times to Paymium (Bitcoin URLS) who is the parent company without responses to many request for answers.
I am disappointed in the way that Paymium has handled my request. I am only seeking answers to be able to locate and regain access to wallets that are in their possession that are legally owned by me.
They have been very evasive in trying to rectify my six request for information. I am now believing that this company is a scam since they will not address me personally.
I have followed all of their online instructions to no avail.
