Instead, they simply emailed me, stating that my account was empty and would be closed. I believe it was my right to review my account and take appropriate actions prior to its closure. Their refusal to provide proper customer service, including granting me access in the first place, amounts to clear fraud. They expect customers to unquestioningly accept the reported account balance without any justification or assistance, which is unacceptable.
