Etherwall is the first desktop wallet for Ethereum launched in 2015. As of now, it is an open-source software wallet. The supported platforms include Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Etherwall can be used with Trezor One for storing keys. The Etherwall wallet offers two modes: the full mode requires downloading blockchain whereas a lighter mode implies a remote node. Under the second (thin) mode, one does not have to download the whole Ethereum classic blockchain. Also, Etherwall supports ERC-20 tokens and contracts.
The Etherwall website has not published any updates since August 2019.
I'm the older user here and I'm still waiting for an app. I hope they will create it someday.
