I have been mining on supportxmr for a few months and never had an issue. I normally did payouts at 0.1 and then increased it to 0.5 and 1.0 to test. I am now down to 0.2.
I would suggest you check your payout history and see if it was sent. If it has, sync your wallet. I had a problem with DERO mining where their wallet takes a very long time to sync up and I thought that the crypto was gone.

Great pool! been here few years after my last pool shut down. Very helpful in the chat also with getting the most out my gpu before rx. admins are regular also for any questions users cant answer. Hope this pool lives forever!
