If I could give this company a negative I would. It is a scam!!!! Dcoin.bond purchases another exchange EXMO, where I had just transferred 30k for contract trading. My balance was transferred to Dcoin upon acquisition. Before trading or adding more funds. I needed to confirm I could withdraw. I texted customer service. They took my id etc then I had to KYC/with my ID etc. Then they said I could withdraw. I withdrew $200. A message pops up and informed me of the fee and up to 72hrs b4 my funds will arrive in my wallet. 2 weeks later and 2 customer service request with no response.... they finally told me today almost 3wks later this (Hello, you need to complete the tax payment within 3 working days after the withdrawal request is issued, so as to avoid the excessive late fee (1% of the total daily withdrawal amount) caused by a large amount of funds occupying the public resource channel. Please arrange your time reasonably, thank you for your cooperation!) This was never mentioned anywhere! That I need to pay them 30% for personal taxes! Nor was I informed of a form or where to obtain it! I told them I file my crypto with my taxes and this money is not income. I wired it here from my bank account! I do not have profit yet! No Response
I have 34k tied up in dcoin. I tried to move 200 to test if it only takes 72 hours vs truly how long it takes for your withdrawal to arrive in your wallet. It has been 2weeks now. Still waiting. I contacted customer service with no response.
Sent Coins and it never arrived. I would not recommend this to anyone. I tried it twice, never have I had an exchange where this happened to me. This is upsetting and a complete waste of time. I would have wanted to give this a shot but I would never touch this exchange again after my experience. Their customer support is non-existent as well. You can try contacting them but you would not get anyone attending to your specific case... Binance really is the better exchange out there. These ones are secondary to be honest. I simply wanted to exchange a coin that was not listed in binance, not to have it lost when transferred from my previous wallet to here.
DCoin is quite literally a scam. Soon after you deposit and start trading they simply freeze your account. Customer support has been saying "please wait patiently" for half a year now. Other people report the same issues.
