Full featured version license used to be one time payment, a bit expensive but worth it, I don't think monthly membership is. As for the cloud services, the software itself has an incomplete "webhooks" functionality which could be used instead of cloud services if it was a bit more complete. As for the managed profit miners it's a bit luck dependent and your winnings end up being shared with the exchange. Looking at their forum/mining software compatibility it seems like sometimes they favor software that has fees over free software when the performance is similar.
