Do not use Mercuryo!!! I have bought Bitcoin more than a month ago and I'm not able to withdraw because SMS code required to log in to the account is not being sent. Customer support is useless sending generic response whilst the issue never gets resolved.
Impossible de récupérer ne serait-ce qu’une partie des fonds investis chez Mercuryo. Les transferts vers les cartes de crédit utilisées pour acheter des cryptomonnaies échouent systématiquement sous des prétextes bidons ou pas de prétexte du tout. Arnaque quasi certaine !!

It's fine with to keep some BTC here. I can't say any else, but I don't have complaints.
