Zionodes Review

I have had a good experience so far with Zionodes. Been a customer for a few months now, with 6 Antminer s19j and can’t think of any complaints so far. I love their customer support and their response time. Recently I got connected to one of their customer support representative Lucio who solved my queries with a quick response and was patient enough to understand my questions to draft responses to them appropriately.
Since I have a hectic schedule, it is a little difficult for me to take the time out to trade or look into short term investments. I resorted to mining as it was suggested to me by a colleague of mine and honestly, I prefer a long-term investment like this one. I have not heard of any other company that provides these services and even if there are any, I would suggest you go with Zionodes for mining mainly for their user-friendly interface (they have a dashboard that displays the status and even the temperature of my miners) and their customer service.

First-week update

I have been a customer of Zionodes for about a week now and have nothing but just good things to say about them. A friend of mine who is into mining recommended it to me. Now before we get into my review, I want you to know that I am new in the mining space and have zero knowledge about farms and setting up equipment etc. Lately, I have been researching on it a lot just to realise that I won’t be able to store the equipment with me due to electricity and maintenance. I was a little paranoid at first so I did my due diligence and finally got into it by purchasing 2 Antminer 19j. I have been doing well since then and their dashboard is easy to understand too. It displays all the information I require about my equipment up there. They also take care of the maintenance part of it which was my biggest concern. I have to give it to the team for their timely response and updates. I would recommend this to anyone out there who wants to get into mining or who already is into mining.

They have a dedicated expert team for different problems and actually keep the customers in the loop before the scheduled maintenance. It is one of the rare qualities I found. BUT it happened few times hashrates dropped for the whole day they replied it is an infrastructure relocation, guess they moved something there containers or so.
