Sometime I have to wait a day to get the feedback from the support. It's not the strongest part of the exchange, I hope, they are going to do something with that
I see, that liqui is not so active in promotion. It deals with a big number of coins and also it allows you open a saving account, that's quite interesting proposal. But I don't see a lot of advertising of the exchange, it deserves more traders.
I used to have the problem with the confirmation letter when I tried to login in. I opened a ticket, but surprisingly it was resolved quite fast, I thought it could take some days or even week, but support answers. Good job
